In collaboration with the Swiss Study Foundation, I created a week-long program to empower young leaders and student entrepreneurs in Switzerland.

The inaugural Storytelling Camp program was designed to allow approximately 20 participants to embrace the emotional storytelling needed to authentically connect with others in telling a compelling personal story. The camp program incorporated a mix of in-person and remote workshops as part of a hybrid format during covid-19 border shutdowns to optimize cross-cultural learning and exchange. Participants, who came largely from a Germanic background, rated the program as one of the most important experiences they have had to validate the role of emotion in connecting with and influencing others through authentic storytelling practice.
